Chopped green olives

In the Priorat region, in the middle of mountains and at the foot of Montsant, our olive trees grow, between the Mediterranean breeze and the dry winds from the Ebro Valley.

We believe in ecological agriculture, based on the use of our local natural resources. We know that this is the only way to get the best extra virgin olive oil.

As a result of a long tradition in the cultivation of the olive tree, specimens of ancient olive trees are still preserved from which we make the best oil.

More than ten generations of our family have been linked to the cultivation of the olive tree, an ancestral knowledge that can be seen in our oils.
