The Mesae oil is an oil with a different conception than the Cavaloca olive oil. While Cavaloca oil represents the essence of tradition, Measae represents experimentation and innovation by mixing Arbequina olives with non-native varieties adapted to the territory (koroneiki and arboçana). The oil obtained will surprise you.
